Happy Green Bee Review & Giveaway (CLOSED)

With the frenzy of toy recalls last year, parents have started asking questions. Are any of their children's toys safe? What about their kid's bedding? Their clothes? Sure, lead-laden toys should obviously be out of a child's reach, but it's time to look more closely at all the things our children eat, touch, feel and wear in their everyday lives. Even 'conventional' cotton, once considered the natural fiber of choice, is no longer safe for our children. Organic cotton, on the other hand, is healthy for all our planet's creatures, from children and wildlife to farm and factory workers.

Happy Green Bee is a company producing organic cotton playwear for infants and children. Their children's clothing and accessories are made with nontoxic dyes and no chemical bleaches or finishers. Happy Green Bee sent me 'Radish' solid colored leggings for Weston. I just had to complete the outfit with the 'Butterscotch' Long Sleeve Tee & the 'Pumpkin/Butterscotch/Radish/Bean' Sock Hat. I ordered a size too big in hopes that the outfit will still fit him come fall/winter.

Beware of picture overload. I went a little crazy :D











The long sleeve 'tee' is more sweater-like, the hat is also knit & the pants are so super soft. Every time I see organic clothing the prices are pretty high. Happy Green Bee's prices are extremely affordable!
